Common questions
Healthcare facilities
Yes. Hexer Caller works well as a call system in hospitals, clinics and care homes. Patients and visitors can quickly reach the right department or staff member without searching for a phone number.
Hexer Caller does not collect or store any patient data. The app only displays a list of staff contacts and lets you place a call. All data remains locally on the device, in line with GDPR requirements.
Calls made through a SIM card with a voice plan continue to work without WiFi or mobile data. Remote updates and configuration backups remain unavailable until the connection returns.
No. Hexer Caller is a simple way to call configured staff or departments. It can complement existing reception and communication workflows, but it must not be treated as a medical emergency or nurse call system.
