Maksymilian is responsible for the technical side of Hexer projects, from websites and web applications to dashboards and internal business tools. He works most closely with front-end development, but looks beyond the visual layer. He focuses on interface architecture, performance, accessibility, and product stability after launch. In each project, he structures requirements, selects practical technical solutions, and turns business needs into features that work in day-to-day operations. His goal is to make technology understandable, maintainable, and suited to the way a business works.

Joanna creates communication that helps businesses speak clearly, naturally, and professionally, including when they address customers abroad. She writes and organizes content in Polish and English for websites, proposals, presentations, company materials, and product communication. She brings a practical perspective on language, brand voice, and presenting value, so that copy not only sounds good but also supports sales, trust, and client relationships. Having completed a translation specialization, she translates various kinds of content from Polish into English and from English into Polish.

Radosław works with networks and the technical foundations that often remain invisible until something stops working. He helps configure devices, organize networks, and prepare environments for company systems, applications, and equipment.
